Hockey Cake 1-29-11
Made for a friends 5 yr old son. Yellow cake with chocolate pudding filling and iced in chocolate buttercream. Fondant covered, center ice is an edible image and store bought hockey player kit.
This was even more fun to make, since I am a HUGE Rangers fan!
