Laura's 21st birthday cake

The bottom tier of this cake was vanilla sponge with jam and cream and the top tier was chocolate sponge with chocolate fudge spread. The butterflies all around the cake and the name are all fondant. The feathers and butterflies on top were bought online.
I Just wanted to ask if anyone knows of any tutorials on how to make a cake topper like the one I have used here. I would love to try to make something like this for myself. Thanks.
