Tim, this is beautiful, so much of work has gone into it.

The whole thing is real and eatable... I'll post a silly picture of me cutting into it after taking off some of the royal icing.

I started last Saturday (a week ago from this last Saturday) by making all the parts of the temple out of fondant. Waited a few days for everything to dray. Tuesday and Wednesday to do the flowers (about three and a half hours each day) Baked the cakes Thursday morning. Iced and assembled the cakes Thursday evening... decorated late Friday morning to late afternoon and a few short hours on Saturday.

What I want to know, is the bottom part cake too, or is that a dummy cake? And just how many hours did you put into this one, Tim?
