Thank you both! This one is near and dear to my heart as well. It was my 2nd or 3rd Lambeth class cake and the first time I tried gumpaste flowers with petal dust. I had my instructor's undivded attention when I put this one together and she gave me free reign on the flower design and color. It will always be special to me, no matter how many other cakes I may do.

Check out the member on this site named Kathleen Lange. She is my Lambeth instructor and she does travel and teach all over so if you want to learn this piping technique you may be able to catch her in your area.
