Tim, I have a question. When you make a cake like this, are you using butter cream or royal icing? And, how long does it take someone to make a cake like this?

YES!!! Kathleen Lang was my Lambeth teacher!!! If you go to "Confectionary Chalet" you can even find my comments about her class... which were all wonderful! If you take the class... tell her I said "Hi!!!"

Very Pretty! Kathleen Lange will be here in Austin for her Lambert 1 & 2 classes in February. I had her mini in Nevada a few months ago but would love to take the full ones! Have you had them?
