If I remember right, Shirley, both Connie and Tim took Kathleen Lang's Lambeth boot camp classes. Kathleen is a member here on Cakes We bake. You should be ale to find her page by just searching the members names. She has some beautiful cakes.

Yay Shirley! You found Tim's cakes! I come back and look at them over and over again. I can't imagine why the Lambeth method would or could ever go out of style. These are my most favorite of cakes. This is the kind of stuff I remember growing up seeing at weddings when I was a little girl. Loved them then, and still love them now.

I figured it was, Tim but the looks of it just fool your eyes into thinking it is yummy butter cream.

Unfortunately, the cakes a big dummy...  and the icing is... well nasty royal icing... Still, I had SO MUCH fun with it!!!
