Lady Gaga Inspired Topsy Turvy

My daughter helped design this cake for her friend's Sweet 16th B-day. The inspiration is from Lady Gaga "Bad Romance" red lace outfit. It is white cake with chocolate ganache filling. Cake is covered in fondant with black fondant roses, bc piped lace design, lip "kisses" are hand painted.
