Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

I have baked this cake for our celebration which is the first night of winter season in my country (21th Dec). Piping this lace effect is all handmade and took me 15 hours to finish.

Thank you so much Carlette for all the wonderful comments.You are too kind.It was not the perfect on the lace work,I filled with royal icing.Yes ,I piped RI on the paper after dried ,I placed onto the cake.

how did you get your angles so perfect on the lace work?did you pipe it onto wax paper, then place onto the cake?

For this one no,I did'nt breake but for my first lace work yes I broke a lot and I have to make new one.

I'm curious, Nadia....did you have any of them break while placing them on the cake and have to make new ones?
