Yes that is ivory fondant dusted with super pearl. The bow is half fondant half gumpaste.
I use Satin Ice but I love Massa. It's just more expensive.

Pretty cake. It that ivory fondant dusted with super pearl? Is your bow fondant or gumpaste? What brand fondant do you prefer? Really nice.
