Many years ago I used to teach and demo a lot in UK & USA. But I have been 'resting' for a long time and have just been coaxed out to start doing things again over the last year. I live in UK & at the moment teach at Knightsbridge-PME in London (www.knightsbridgepmeschoolofcakedecorating.co.uk). I might do one to one classes at home in the future. Hope that helps MissLisa... These are a range of sugar fabric flowers made out of gumpaste - I use this sampler as a show piece for my classes.
