Lemon blueberry cake/filled & frosted with cream cheese cooked flour frosting. (Thanks June for the recipe). Not a very smooth job on the finish but I had to rush rush rush in order to pickup relatives at the airport. Didn't have time to mess with it to get it smooth. Since my family won't care, I just left it like this.

tx June--I didn't add the meringue powder.  Wish I had had more time to play with it to smooth it out.  We ended up waiting quite a bit at the airport so I could have actually taken more time with it.  Didn't want to take a chance with Boston traffic on a Friday afternoon.

So pretty Goreti. Glad the icing turned out well. Hope everyone enjoys the taste. Did you add meringue powder?? I found If I didn't, it was hard to smooth as it didn't crust like regular bc.

Thanks Betty.  The only thing I like is the flower even though I need more practice.  I wanted to try a new tip that I bought (Wilton 402).
