Kim's Baby Shower
Baby shower cake for my niece. Ever since I bought the book Animation in Sugar, I have been dying to try making the baby but never had an opportunity. Was glad for the chance. Since the theme of the shower is baby stroller, I made one for the front of the cake. Cake is chocolate orange with chocolate truffle filling & chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream

I was dying for a chance to make that baby. The stroller was to tie in with the decorations. Funny thing is that I never got to see the decorations till the day of the shower and I got the colors to match perfectly.
