My wedding gift to my Beautiful niece Kim and her lovely husband Mark. Bottom tier was a dummy, 2nd and 3rd tiers rich fruit cake 4th tier chocolate truffle torte filled with vanilla buttercream top tier lemon cake filled with lemon curd buttercream. Decorated with quilting, edible lace, gum paste bells roses, bouvardia, hyacinth, rose and ivy leaves. with dragonfly, butterfly and of course my signature ladybirds.The happy couple where married on 5th April 2014 in the grand chapel at Ashdown Park Hotel previously a Jacobean convent.
