Ethan is 14!

Ethan loves to camp, ski, hike, and climb really big mountains with his dad! He just turned 14, and is my pride & joy! I made this mountain cake because he likes to climb them! It is a dark chocolate cake made with 1/2 gallon of melted mint chocolate chip ice cream! Covered in dark chocolate ganache, then the ocean is gelatin tinted with blue & green, flavored with pure mint, with white for the waves. I sprinkled a combo of green, gold, silver, yellow & red sugars all over the mountains for a little color. It turned out just as I had hoped!
