Katy & Sue Birthday Cake
My husband's first wife and I have birthdays 2 days apart so my stepdaughter does a joint family dinner for us. This year she was really pushed for time, so I was allowed to make the cake! I was 61 and Sue will be 71, so the logo seemed appropriate!
Devils Food Chocolate cake, 3 layers, one layer filled with chocolate butter cream, the other with dulce de leche. Covered in dark chocolate ganache. Vanilla buttercream roses and chocolate butter cream noisettes topped with a Malteser. Death by Chocolate.

haha June - a slice is winging it's virtual way to you as we speak! Yeh well, seems she got a bit snowed under with stuff. She only got back from Cornwall last night, so I said I would do it and she more or less said - thank God for that!
