Katie & Jake Wedding Cake

A beautiful 5 tier white birch and pine wedding cake. The 14", 10" and 6" tiers were homemade white almond cake filled with whipped chocolate ganache and the 12" and 8" tiers were of homemade chocolate cake filled with white chocolate ganache. I used regular buttercream frosting and then Karo with brown paste color to paint on the brown highlights.
