I just LOVE that Ivory color. I'm renewing my vows on June 11th and our colors are Ivory & Chocolate. Is the monogram on fondant or gum paste?

Thanks!  I just did a ivory, I was asked to match the color of her dress and this came close.  The top two layers were a buttercream that gave that rich color.  I did the monogram by hand, I think I did it about a dozen times but it worked out in the end.
