The top hexagon was a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filing. The bottom hexagon was a vanilla madeira with raspberry jam & vanilla buttercream filling. Both cakes & boards were covered in white sugarpaste with gold ribbon trim. Edible image plaques were used for the bride & grooms initials and small blossoms were on alternate sides of both cakes. Small sprays of sugar roses & leaves with ribbon loop bows were on each corner and a larger spray was on the top. Hexagon pillars were sprayed gold and a matching gold cake knife was used.
