This was made for a bloke who is a hot rod fan (he's been building his own for about 7yrs now!) and owns The Clog Barn in Coffs Harbour, NSW. So I combined the two and came up with a hot rod clog!
It just HAD to be purple.
Chocolate mud filled and covered with luscious dark chocolate ganache and a layer of vanilla fondant. All details are done in gumpaste and the only thing that isn't edible is the wire attached to the fox tail.
