Japanese Sushi Birthday Cake. 828F
Three vanilla cakes stacked. One plain, one with dried cherries, one with cherry juice/almond flavoring. Vanilla buttercream icing, with white chocolate fondant. Sushi all from fondant/gumpaste mixture. Real fortune cookies. Chopsticks were real to give to birthday girl as part of her b-day gift. Painted "bamboo" on the side of the cake.
