Oh my Maria... Your too kind.... I wouldn't have excepted an order a day before... and not without a deposit.... unless they were good friends.... If they hadn't confirmed at least 2 wks in advance, I wouldn't have had ingredients on hand to make everything . I hope you charged for delivery..... 4 hrs. whoa.... a lot of gas used.... I sure hope they paid you well.... they were certainly worth it!!!!!

My client confirmed the order just one day before the occasion that's why I need to do it in straight 16 hours. Then I have a problem with my ready made fondant as what I've said here in my discussion. So I repeated doing some of my characters and use my Mexican paste. It's really frustrating but I need to finished on time as it will be all delivered to my client in Manila about 2 hours drive from my place. My husband did the delivery and thanks God it were all safely delivered. Then I need to make another cake and deliver it in the afternoon. I'm really exhausted that time!!!

When I saw these cupcakes.... I thought lots if work!!! I only made a dozen bebe shower cupcakes and oh my.... the cutting, arranging. It was a lot more work than I thought it would be. People look at these and don't realize that making 12 of these decorated cupcakes is sometimes more work than a simple 2 tiered cake!!!!! I can't imagine doing 51!!!! I bet you were tired!!! :o)

Thank you June! I did the 51pcs cupcakes and the Avengers Cake for a straight 16 hours....really so tired
