First ever tiered cake:
Birthday and Hello Babies cake for my mum and my sister's twins, Violet and Iris.
Bottom Tier: chocolate cake with chery jam and golden buttercream filling. Covered in golden buttercream and fondant icing.
Second Tier: White chocolate and macademia nut vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and buttercream filling. Covered in buttercream and fondant icing.
Top Tier: Diabetic chocolate cake with diabetic chocolate cream cheese filling. Covered in piped diabetic cream cheese.
