"Have A Very Merry Birthday" bd/Christmas Cake for my niece who's bd is the 23rd of December
This originally started out to be a Christmas cake for my daughter's "Ugly Christmas Sweater" party but I knew my niece was going to be there so decided to make it a bd cake for her as well. It's WASC w/almond buttercream frosting & covered w/white chocolate MMF. The inside is green & red. That's a Celtic design Christmas tree on top. Something I had seen on the internet that I thought would be both pretty & add an interesting touch. Also my 1st attempt at trying the "brush embroidery" technique.
