Thanks, Patrice. I've been baking for years but now is when I decided to take up decorating courses. I do enjoy them very much.

I loved all the wilton classes. Stick with it. And it also helps to get great ideas from everybody on sites like this one. Have fun.

Wow ~ I have to see that! I haven't even started working with fondant. Love buttercream but a little afraid to start using fondant. I do have a small package of colored fondant and gum paste to work with before my Wilton 2 starts. I figured a month would give me enough time to play with it before I get busy again.

Thanks Diana, but the groom was really hard to do. He didn't turn out like I planned. Maybe next time.
