Its a Dominican cake with strawberry flavor, guava and strawberries filling, covered in fondant. Roses are not edible (I made Dogwood flower but all of them broke on the way to NY, yes I drove from PA to NYC to bring this beautiful cake I made it for my mother's 70th B-day and she lives in NY).
