Martha I did noit make my sugar Bubbles Sidney Galpern made them for me and did a wonderful job I cannot wait until I can take the actual course from her so I will be able to make my own but she does have a you tube demonstration on you can go to and watch her do it it is awesome and you do it with isomalt sticks and a new patent sugar pump she has as well  look up simi cakes and you can see some of her other sugar art she and her mom and dad do she is 15 years old and does this beautiful work Thanks for the comment on the cake I appreciate that this is the first cake I have posted on here
