I used fondant to make the skirts of the dresses and allowed them to dry over molds, and made the bodice piece of each dress as a removable pick (also made of fondant). I pressed rainbow sprinkles over mounded Swiss buttercream frosting to rest the dresses on, so that they can be removed (this way kids don't have to eat the dried fondant and can even keep the dress if they want!). All dresses and pieces were hand cut and formed.

Aww thanks Sandra, I actually made these for a little girl as a part of a competition through the Make a Wish Foudation, which made making them really special :)
