Thanksgiving cake - 916F
Thanksgiving cake made for a Nursing Home. 12" white cake with buttercream icing and covered in cheesecake flavored homemade marshmallow fondant. Pumpkins & apples are crispy treats covered in fondant. Sunflowers made with daisy cutter & piped RI centers. Leaves made with various leaf cutters in solid & marbled fondant. Wood crate & sign made with fondant then scored with fondant veiner & brushed with thinned food coloring. Acorns are hand shaped and caps were imprinted with plastic cross stich square.
