Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

This cake was as much work as it was fun to make. The bottom is am 8 inch chocolate raspberry truffle with raspberry mousse filling, and the top is a 6 inch red velvet with cream cheese filling. 3 dowels support the top tier. Both are covered in white fondant. The bottom has stripes of red and pink, and the top has polka-dots in red and black. Both layers are trimmed with balls of red, pink and white fondant. Bow, banner and Olivia the Pig are all fondant. Olivia wears a silver dragee 'necklace' as a finishing touch.
Along with this order were 30 vanilla cupcakes, topped with light and dark pink buttercream, snowflake sprinkles, and fondant flowers with a silver dragee as the flower center.
