Hi Debra,

Me as well, and I got some disaster stories too.  The more I work with cakes and cupcakes, the better I get.  I have only been doing this for two years, just trying to build my clientele.  Some ppl want something for nothing.

Your cakes really are pretty.  How long have you been baking and did you learn these techniques yourself.  I am just starting to get a little clientele.
