I usually use a # 16 star to do all feeling in,I layer it or make it bigger stars ,according to how 3D i want it to look.The stitching was made with a reg.sewing pattern wheel.But I know they have a fondant tool that will do it as well.

Did u use the fondant embosser for the stiching?  What tip did u use for the flowers?  This is really adorable.
