Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Baby cake was a 6 in x 6 in x 3in cake.Big sheet cake is 16 in x 16 in x 4 inches thick,haas all homemade buttercream icing,torted in buttercream,and has lotz of edible glitter ,and on top there is candy yellow beadings.Design was all hand drawn from a themed party napkin pictured in pic.

Me too,I do so many tho,I keep butter bowls full of colors {some I kinda invent like palomino yellow.or indian paint brush corral,bluebonnet blue,basketball orange...LOL}Then when I need tho ,I just had to them...I have a ole redneck looking ice box out in the barn I keep them in,and when it comes cake time,I get the clothes basket and go get them.LOL!!!Country as can be,I know but it works.I have 23 bowls on my kitchen bar right now!Thanks for your kind comment as always.Cheryl

This is adorable, I have told myself I am going to make a batch of icing and just color it and freeze and hopefully will work on brining on more color to my cakes.  I love the decorating but the prep and the clean up drives me nuts.
