Sometimes....but I just keep adding till I'm through to my eye ball vision....I guess!LOL!! This cake ws a real fast design.I took a ruler and made a 1 line cross,and took off,decided on colors real quick ,and next thing a hour later it was done.Thank you for asking and commenting.CAK

Do u have a picture in your mind when u start a cake?  You have such neat ideas.
