My daughters 5th Birthday cake, centre cake is madiera sponge while the towers of the castle are all little cherry and almond sponges piled ontop of each other, butter icing, marzipan and iced. Ice-cream cones sprayed with edible silver with white chocolate buttons and mini marshmallows around the centre sponge.
