Hi Patricia , yes made from gum paste , using rose petal cutters a teardrop center on a cocktail stick , roll out very thin , cut out a dozen or so , roll a bit more then to give the veining either roll the edges with a cocktail stick or a bamboo kebab skewer , just lightly , then assemble 3 around the center teardrop , make up a few allowing them to firm up a bit , then add as many more petals as you desire 3 or 6 , these are made from 6 petals and are about 11/2 -2 inches across
