Do what I did Taylor..forget the cake and just make flowers..I kept the best ones the others went back into my pastry bag and I started over. The best ones you can freeze or air dry for future cakes.

Thank you Goreti and June! It was a lot harder than I thought it would be. I watched about a dozen videos that make it look so easy. I felt like my buttercream was always either too dry or not dry enough!
