I thought he wanted a cake with a snake on it but it was the opposit way and this is what I came up with. He loved it so all was well. Your mom was lucky!

Yikes! My mom used to tell me tales about these when she was growing up!  She had the tail from one that her Daddy killed when she almost stepped on it, while opening a gate.  And YOU captured him alive! lol
