Mermaid

My daughter is a big fan of anything princess and mermaid. Having done a princess cake last year, we did mermaid. I used a flower petal cutout to make the scales, for her dress and free handed the octopus and sea shells. The sand is just graham crumbs sprinkled over the cake.
