Mountain Shaped cake. The cake is covered in fondant and decorated with three different scenes. The side not shown in the photo is a waterfall made with blue royal icing applied to the fondant and brushed with a sparkly blue piping gel for a "watery" look. The "dirt path" side is made using brown and white sugar and has a jeep traveling up made of compound chocolate. The forest side of the mountain is covered in hand piped compound chocolate decorations.
