I've used buttercream before but never tried to really smooth it. As I was leaving the class I bumped into  someone I went to high school with, she thought I was teaching the class and asked for my business card. It was dark though.

Buttercream is pretty darn smooth. Never achieved that on my 1st try..... good for you!! :o)
