If You Like Pina Coladas...
This is one of the two cakes I made for our local food bank dessert auction. It was a Hawaiian theme. Pina Colada cake with pineapple filling and coconut Swiss meringue. It was covered in modeling chocolate and hand painted. The flower is also made from modeling chocolate.
