Thanks Tracy ! If you are going to sculpt a horse or just the head , then a 3D cake would be just as easy ! With a center support then make rice crispy cake to bulk the neck and most of the head , you then just sculpt over that , simple . As it's for early next year you could take your time now , then just make the body from cake , with your skill this will be an amazing cake !! Martin x

Hi Martin, just looking through horse cakes as I will have to make one early next year for a keen rider. Found yours and WOW OMG - that is a horse cake to be reckoned with! Absolutely stunning :) I think the one I make might just have a small horse on top or maybe just the head.....but once again WOW. Amazing work Tracy x
