Horse - 1130F
I first drew a sketch of the basic head shape then cut the cake to this. Then carved the rest of the shape, the muscle, nose etc. Covered in white fondant. Airburshed the nose and eye and shaded areas. Then added bridle ears and mane.

Thanks for your lovely comments, my daughter loved it too, as it was for her 8th birthday. It was days before we convined her to cut it.
