Thanks for the sweet comment, Maria!  These were my first successful hibiscus.  I had tried before but couldn't get acceptable centers.

I know what you mean, the first try is always difficult, but then you get to know the tricks to make it work.  But you always do such a wonderful job!!

Luz, I play with sugar just about every day, for a little while anyway.  Some of the things work out well, some not so much :o)

Thank you, ladies!  I had tried to make the center before, in fact I posted a picture on this site, and it just looked horrible.  The hibiscus is so beautiful and I wanted so badly to make them.  For some reason, this time it worked better.  I stared at a lot of pictures :o)
