Thanks Katy! Good horse Goreti!! I will definitely check out the tutorial. Do you know of a tutorial for a realistic dinosaur figure? I have to make a Jurrassic Park cake with the dinosaur called "Blue" and she wants me to make it look as real as possible - YIKES!!

Cake is adorable.  Becky, I bet you could make a realistic looking horse topper.  If you ever want to try, check out this tutorial by Liz Marek  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtd3Pr3qCXA.  It is of a sitting unicorn but can be used for a horse too.  That is how I made mine.  It is an awesome tutorial.
