Lol...... The cake pops were a pain in the behind. Don't want to see another cake pop for a very long time.

Sorry, I live in the province in the Philippines and it's really difficult to get some ingredients I need. So, sometimes I just need to make a way or improvise. How I wish I live in the US or Canada. Thanks Jessie!!!

Maria,

Do you live in Canada or USA??? You get it at Michaels craft store.

Hi Jessie! I don't have Merkin chocolate, what is it? Is it a ready made red chocolate? But in case I make a red cake pops, I mix the white chocolate with super red color. just like what I do with red fondant. Here's the Valentine cake I made with a very nice red color.

Hi Maria,

I didn't use food colouring on these. These are the merkin chocolates.

I use red gel color like Americolor or Chefmaster. Powder food color doesn't give the right red color you want. Use bright red or super red.

Hi , beautiful cake pops.

I was wondering how did you get the red color? I mean if I want colored cake pops which type of color do u use eg: powder form, gel form.etc.

Till now I have tried using powder form but I'm not getting this nice bright shade.

So for now Iv only tried white and chocolate.
