Thank you so much Jessie, we do have Duncan Hines and Betty Crocker frosting here, I will write down what you wrote so I won´t forget. Thank you so much again for your advices.
Jessie, thank you so much for your tip, definitely I will try it. I´m not using cake frosting and I leave the stick in and also I don´t freeze them! I´m not doing it right. Do you use plastic, paper or wooden sticks? Thank you again!
No, I really don't freeze them I put the in the fridge for 10 minutes maybe and them I dip them in the chocolate and put them back in the fridge until I´m ready to take them.
Hi luz,
Do you freeze the actual cake pop before you dip it in chocolate????
Your cake pops are beautiful, I´m always worried when I make them because most of the time they begin to melt so I can´t put they like the ones in your picture. They have to be facing down. So I just make them for family reunions I´m affraid to sell them. I use Candy Melt (it comes from Mexico) I think it is a good product, but the weather here in Guatemala is just to hot. You have to keep them in the fridge!
I don't think we get these brands here in India, but Il try using gel color next time .Thanks :D
Did I understand correctly? You get Merkens chocolate at a Michael's store? Which one? The ones in my area don't carry anything but the Wilton melts=yuck. I get mine at a local outlet but they only carry white & milk chocolate.
I like your Facebook page. Very lovely cakes!!!Mine is RC cakes.
