Ice Cream flip flop cake
2 giant icecream cake flip flops. i used 2 sheet cakes and 2 sheet cake brownie bottoms for them. Layers of cake and icecream with butter cream frosting covering both.

Thank you for the nice words. I had that cake in the freezer every few minutes just to keep it from melting..and it was a very heavy cake..but my daughter loved it. It was a fun cake to do.
