Pink and Black Topsy Turvy

I tried three tiers with three cakes per tier. Didn't get enough support on bottom layer. But the top two were salvageable and still look ok. I will know for next time though.

This is beautiful, I am making my first one today. It is three layers. did you torte your layers, do you think it increases stability?
