Cindy's cake

The base is a dummy, everything else is edible, except the turret (it's PVC). Nothing is did got the top layer to sit straight. The cake was so big I had to assemble it on site and had no way to remove the top layer and add longer doweling (which it certainly could have used). The pink layer is vanilla with coconut cream, the green layer is chocolate with bavarian cream and the top two are strawberry with strawberry mousse. The flowers are gum paste and the turret top is cereal with chocolate, everything is edible except the turret and base.
